General

All sales are final, and there are no refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us at once and we'll be happy to help.

How fast do I get access?

All downloads and memberships are activated immediately upon successful payment. If you have paid, but you cannot download something or access the site, please contact us right away and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription from your account, or by contacting us. While we do not offer refunds for unused portions of time, your subscription will remain valid until the end of the period.

Are there limits to the use of the site?

We may limit downloads to prevent overloading our systems, and prevent site rips.

What happens if I dispute a charge from you?

If we receive a credit card dispute (otherwise known as a "chargeback"), we will immediately terminate all access to any of our products until we receive notice from our credit card processor that the dispute has been resolved in our favor. There are no refunds for any products in this case. Please do not use a dispute as a way of cancelling a subscription.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us.

• We never, ever sell, trade, or give away your information to any third party.
• The only exceptions are:
  • … when we need to give your information to a service provider to do something you've asked us to do. For example, to process a credit card transaction, we need to give our credit card processor or fraud risk assessment service the information you gave us (such as your name, address, and credit card number).
  • … when we need to give information to an outside service in order to operate the website. This includes services such as Google ReCaptcha to block against attempts to brute-force logins, our email service providers to send you email, and similar services.
  • … if we need to engage a third party due to illegal or fraudulent payments or access to our systems.
• We keep things like logs and access records for one to two years, and then purge them. We keep financial transaction records longer to comply with US tax law.
• You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists by logging into your account. You can also choose (in your account settings) to keep us from sending you any email, including account notices and order updates. We will always reply to email you specifically send to us, however. Certain high-priority emails (password resets, fraud notices) will still be sent as well.
• We may use external services (such as Google ReCaptcha). Those services have their own privacy policies.
